· We handle advertising, showing, and screening of potential tenants. Once we receive a qualified application, we get the prospect to sign one of our thorough, 16 page Texas Realtor leases, plus any additional addenda that need to be part of the agreement (the new mandatory flood disclosure, pet agreement, etc.).
· Once the lease is signed, we turn the tenant and unit over to you to manage.
· You would handle the completion and/or coordination of repairs, cleaning, etc.
· We typically charge one month's rent but can work with owners on that fee when there are multiple units involved.
· We have a very thorough walk-through inspection once your previous tenant vacates which we can complete for $95. This makes documenting security deposit deductions and property condition a breeze.
· We syndicate all of our listings through dozens of online websites. Zillow paid subscription is included in our advertising with no additional cost.
