Many insurance companies will not insure rental property occupied by any of the following breeds of dogs:

 

• Akita

• American Bulldog

• Pit Bull, Bull Terrier

• Bullmastiff

• Chow

• Doberman

• Rottweiler

• German Shepherd

• Husky Presa Canario

• Siberian Husky

• Staffordshire Terrier

• Wolf Dog or Wolf Hybrid

• and/or any combination of the breeds mentioned.

 

For that reason, we consider these restricted breeds unless a particular owner has agreed to allow them
